Does this need the Voxel theme?
Yes. Voxel Events is built on Voxel's post types, membership plans and vendor payouts, so it will not run on a site without the theme.
Can my vendors sell their own tickets, or only me?
Either. Vendors create events and sell tickets from their own Voxel dashboard, with your commission taken automatically through Voxel's existing payout setup. If you would rather run every event yourself, just do not give vendors the capability.
What happens when a yearly license expires?
The plugin keeps working. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew — nothing switches off and no tickets stop scanning.
Do I need a scanner for check-in?
No. The check-in screen runs in a browser and uses the device camera, so any phone or tablet your staff already carry will do it. You can also search by name if someone has lost their code.
Can I move a ticket to a different date?
Yes. Admins can transfer a ticket to another attendee, another time slot, or a different event entirely, without refunding and re-selling.
